In compliance with CDC, Montgomery County and Pennsylvania guidelines, we have modified our Hospital’s operations. We are open for urgent appointments in addition to well appointments that are necessary to maintain the prevention of zoonotic diseases or diseases that pose a significant threat to the health of your pet at this time. This includes vaccinations on a case-by-case basis. We may recommend postponing procedures and appointments depending on the situation. We offer telemedicine appointments as an alternative to coming to our Hospital for some situations.
We have reduced our hours to Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM and Saturday from 9AM to 1PM. This may change as the COVID-19 crisis evolves. If you have any questions, concerns or needs please contact us any time by phone at 610-642-3102 or email at frontdesk@gladwyneah.com.
We ask that you do not enter the hospital, instead we will have a staff member bring your pet into the hospital upon your arrival and the doctor will communicate with you via phone or facetime throughout your pet's appointment. We have limited the number of staff in our hospital to maintain social distance as much as possible and are using enhanced hand and surface hygiene to protect ourselves and you. We will only use PPE where absolutely necessary to protect ourselves and you in certain situations.
You may use our online store to purchase prescriptions or food for your pet: http://www.gladwyneanimalhospital.com/online-store/. You may also contact our hospital by phone or email to request personal delivery of food or medications to your home on a case-by-case basis.
If you are sick, we require that a healthy family member present your pet. If you or anyone in your household has COVID-19, or are awaiting a COVID-19 test result, we require that you call us before scheduling or coming to our hospital to determine the safest plan for you to acquire care for your pet.
