Dr. Sutor
Carrie Sutor, VMD.
Dr. Sutor graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 1998 after earning a B.S. in Chemistry at the University of Pittsburgh. While a student at the University of Pennsylvania, she was inducted to the Phi Zeta Veterinary Honor Society for qualified students. From 1998 through 2009, Dr. Sutor practiced at Queen Village Animal Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Sutor previously practiced at Animal Kind Veterinary Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Sutor works with Novartis Animal Health to provide continuing education seminars to other veterinarians in general practice on managing degenerative joint disease in dogs. She enjoys all aspects of primary care, but has a special interest in preventative medicine. Dr. Sutor lives in Ardmore with her husband, three daughters, son, Cavapoo, two cats and seventeen fish. Dr. Wellens
Howard Wellens, VMD.
Dr. Wellens is a 1978 graduate from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. In 1980, he opened Queen Village Animal Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Wellens currently divides his time between Queen Village Animal Hospital and Gladwyne Animal Hospital. Dr. Wellens also oversees two animal welfare foundations, the Burket-Plack Foundation and John Paul Family Foundation.
Dr. Krell
Kelly Krell, VMD.
Dr. Krell joined Gladwyne Animal Hospital in August of 2011. Prior to joining Gladwyne Animal Hospital, she practiced emergency and critical care in the tri-state area for 6 years. Dr. Krell graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 2004 and completed a one-year small animal surgery and internal medicine internship at Georgia Veterinary Specialists. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Association and the Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society.
Dr. Goldner
Dan Goldner, VMD.
A native of Philadelphia, Dr. Dan Goldner was born and raised in the city. He attended nearby Germantown Friends School for high school before leaving the city to pursue his undergraduate degree in Vermont. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 2001, he accepted a position at a regional general, referral and emergency veterinary hospital. Dr. Goldner currently divides his time between our affiliated hospital, Queen Village Animal Hospital, and Gladwyne Animal Hospital. His professional interests include internal medicine, dermatology, preventative health and diagnostic ultrasound. He currently lives in center city with his son Addison and pet dog Oscar.
